Returns: 

due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or change of mind on products. if there is a problem with the product, please refer to our Refund Policy. 

Cancellation Policy: 

We completely understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your order with us. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 business days of your delivery or pick-up date to receive a refund. if your order is due for delivery or pick up within less than 2 business days, we will not proceed with a refund. please note that business days are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 3 pm. For all cancellation inquiries, please send us an email with your full name, email address, and order number to info@kayskitchen.com.au 

Refund Policy: 

At Kay's Kitchen, we strive to provide the best quality of food. please inspect your products upon delivery/pick-up and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong order, so we can evaluate the issue and sort it out for you. if there is a problem with the product please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, all our products are labeled with a use date for recommended appropriate consumption times. also, please note that all products should be frozen and sealed in original packaging, and can NOT be frozen after being defrosted.

We do Not honour returns or refunds:  

  • If the claim is not made within 24 hours of the product being delivered/picked up.
  • If the product has been stored incorrectly.
  • Consumed outside of the recommended consumption time.
  • if the product has been defrosted then put in the freezer once again.

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind in relation to our products. 

If your refund is approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund too. 

Return items out of stock: 

Due to the high demand on our products, sometimes we may sell out of the items you requested in your order, if this happens, you will be notified by email or phone call. We will refund this item from your order.
